Pakistani pilgrims participated in the 720th annual Urs Mubarak of Hazrat
Nizamuddin Auliya in New Delhi.
According to the details, Nazim-ul-Amor Aizaz Khan of Pakistan
High Commission New Delhi visited the dargah of the great Sufi saint of the
14th century of the Chishtiya lineage.
Nazim-ul-Amor Aizaz Khan laid a traditional wreath on the shrine
on behalf of the Government of Pakistan and the people of Pakistan. The
Nazim-ul-Amor and pilgrims offered special prayers for the development and
prosperity of Pakistan.
Sajjada Nashin Diwan Syed Tahir Nizami and honorable members of
the Dargah Committee welcomed Nazim-ul-Amor and Pakistani pilgrims on arrival
at the dargah.
The pilgrims also visited the shrine of Hazrat Amir Khusro in
the same premises of the Dargah, later the representatives of the pilgrims had
a separate meeting with the Governor of the High Commission and thanked the
Government of Pakistan and the High Commission for facilitating the visit.
